Heating Tips

Pre-heat your oven.

Heating Tips are for Conventional ovens. If using a Convection oven, reduce temperature by 25 degrees.

All sauces should be heated in a sauce pan, stirring occasionally. Check food often to avoid over cooking.

Hors d'Oeuvres

  • mini quiche – 375° uncovered for 10 min.

  • potato pancakes – 375° uncovered 15 min.

  • Thai spring rolls – 375°uncovered for 10 min.

  • spanikopita – 375° uncovered for 5 min.

  • quesadilla trumpets – 375° uncovered for 20 min.

  • brie phyllo flower – 375° uncovered for 5 min.

  • eggplant crisps – 375° uncovered for 20 min.

  • balsamic fig flatbreads – 375° uncovered 5 mins.

  • crabmeat mushroom caps – 375° uncovered 25 min.

  • scallops & bacon – 375° uncovered for 20 minutes.

  • maryland crabcakes -375° uncovered 15 min.

  • coconut shrimp – 375° uncovered 15 minutes.

  • shrimp pot sticker - 375° covered for 15 min

  • teriyaki or bbq chicken wings - 375° uncovered 25 min.

  • teriyaki drummettes - 375° uncovered for 20 min.

  • beef or chicken satay – 375° 10 minutes uncovered

  • swedish meatballs – 375° covered for 40 min. or until hot.

  • beef wellington – 375° uncovered 10 min.

  • franks in a blanket – 350° for 5 mins.

Seafood Specialties

  • shrimp scampi – 375° covered for 30 min.

  • poached salmon & stuffed haddock – 375° covered for 30 min.

Entrées

  • all pasta is reheated at 375° covered for 20-30 min. or until hot

  • chicken marsala & lemon chicken – 375° covered 30 min.

  • chicken parmesan – 375° covered 30 min.

  • beef bourguignon – 375° uncovered 30 min.

  • raviolis – 375° covered for 25-30 min.

  • linguini or ziti with meatballs – 375° covered aprox.45 min.

  • sausage, peppers & onions – 375° uncovered aprx. 30 min

  • lasagnas & eggplant – 350° covered aprox. 90 min.

Roasts

  • whole bone in turkey breast – 400° wrapped in foil aprox. 90 min.

  • boneless roast turkey breast – 400° covered for 30 min. or until hot.

  • whole roast turkey – 400° (not stuffed) wrapped in foil, 12-16 lbs approx. 1 hour

  • glazed spiral ham – 375°covered in foil for 90 min.

  • full rack BBQ ribs – 375° covered 25 min.

  • roast beef tenderloin & roast stuffed pork loin – 350° covered 30 min.

Whole Stuffed Turkeys

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
    turkeys 12-16 lbs approx. 1 ½ hours.
    turkeys 16 lbs & over approx. 2 hours.
    Let turkey rest 30 minutes before carving.

  • turkey gravy – defrost. Heat in a saucepan, add water if necessary.

Vegetables and Side Dishes

  • stuffing, butternut squash, rice pilaf and mashed potatoes – 350° covered for approximately 30 minutes. Add warm milk to mashed potatoes.
