Chef Kevin ... I wanted to thank you for all  the help you gave me last month as I worked through lasagna preparation.  your advice, guidance and generosity was a key ingredient in the evening's great success.  I can't say that I would have believed that someone like youself, busy as you are, would take the time with an amateur but interested cook unless I experienced it myself.  My girlfreinds were amazed that I walked into Neillio's and began asking questions and got answers - plus great pasta.

Thank you for all your hard work in making our 15th Anniversary Dinner with Our Sister City of Nagaokakyo such a success.   Your willingness to work around all of the logistical difficulties incurred by Hurricane Floyd was above and beyond the call of duty.   You enabled the Town to show our Japanese visitors to a first class evening of fine dining.  Your comibination of great management skills and delicious cooking is fantastic the ironic result of all your hard work is that you made me look great too!

Cambridge, MA -  President Clinton arrived at the Cambridge home of Swanee Hunt, a former US Ambassador to Austria.  The dinner, attended by house Democratic Leader Richard Gephardt and US Representatives Patrick Kennedy and J. Joseph Moakley cost $12,500 a plate.
